The first step for me in this project was to decide what I wanted to achieve with this project.

I outlined everything I need to do from conception to publication so that this keeps me on a straight and narrow path.

I also included a DOC template of the checklist I used so you can adapt it for your own needs if you desire, as well as the powerpoint used in this video.
